Q: You have a painting in your gallery that isn't for sale on your site, does this mean the product will always be unavailable?
A: It is best to contact me regarding the image that you are thinking of and we may be able to work out a solution.

Q: Do you do individual commisioned paintings?
A: I do paint to personal commisions so please just e-mail me and we can try and arrange something that will suit your needs; my e-mail is laurapymont@ymail.com.

Q: How much is postage on your site?
A: Postage is a fixed cost of £5 no matter how many items you order.
Overseas postage is an additional £5 which covers the added cost of postage abroad.

Q: How are items shipped?
A: All items will be shipped first class as soon as the payment has been processed in a well protected package. If you would like added piece of mind I can send it recorded delivery but this will incur extra postage costs.  I will email you with the correct amount as soon as the order has been processed.

Q: What is the returns policy of the site?
A: All items can be returned to me assuming that they are still in their original condition, once your returned product is received by me we will be able to work out refunding your account, I will not, however, be able to refund postage costs.

Q: Can I see a larger version of the picture?

A: Yes you can, clicking on the image will show it larger to you in your browser.

Q: How are your prints produced?
A: All of the prints that are produced of my work are produced by Tim Street scanning and Photographic Services and more details are available at www.timprints.co.uk  Tim works on various archival acid free fine art papers.  He will advise which one will suit your work and style of painting.
